In addition to property research and CAD services, Realsearch also provides deed sketching services.  This service is available in both Microstation and AutoCAD formats.  Realsearch is qualified to deed sketch for boundary surveys, plats, route surveys, right-of-way, and any municipal projects.

 

LAND SURVEYING SERVICES

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey:  

An ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey is a survey performed per the specifications adopted by the American Land
Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.  The following is a link to the Minimum

Boundary Survey:

The primary purpose of a Boundary Survey is to locate property lines and improvements for a specified piece of
property.  They may also include easements and other rights to that piece of property.  Various standards exist
that Boundary Surveys must adhere to, including those set forth by the Board of Professional Land Surveying
and those set forth by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors.

Construction Survey:  

Construction Surveys typically involve staking of improvements shown on construction plans.

Platting:

Most cities now require a property to be platted prior to any improvements being built upon the property.  This
process involves creating a map for acceptance by the City and filing at the County.

Residential Mortgage Survey:

A Residential Mortgage Survey is the equivalent of a boundary survey, and is commonly referred to when dealing
with platted parcels of property.  These surveys are used by title companies and mortgage companies for the
purposes of conveying or refinancing property.

Topographic Survey :

Topographic Surveys are typically required to design improvements for a piece of property, or do determine
drainage patterns.  These surveys involve locating all visible improvements both horizontally and vertically.
